Senior Manager, Early Career Hiring Lead
The Early Career Hiring Lead will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding our entry level employees from Universities and other educational and training institutions. Additionally this role will being a part of a team that looks at and enhances the first three years of our employee s career journey at Publicis Sapient. This person will be key in enhancing our employer brand and helping us become an employer of choice for graduates and intern candidates. This role will key in showcasing and hiring our core values.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Work with the Early Career Team and other internal partners to develop innovative strategies to attract the most promising students and recent graduates both at the undergraduate and master s degree levels. Contribute to workforce planning for this population, develop strategies related to our targeted educational partners, and develop and execute all plans needed to make our program a success.
Recruitment Full Life Cycle
Build and execute the entire recruitment cycle for Early Career hires, from sourcing, event planning and execution, pipeline development, assessment design, interview, sell, and offer processes. Additionally ensure that that candidates who accept employment are engaged until they start.
External Relationships
Build and manage strategic relationships within the business, with universities, relevant organizations, students, and faculty.
Recruitment Marketing
Work with our Global Marketing Team to bring to life relevant messaging, digital strategies, social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring we create consistent communication, branding, and marketing materials around Early Career opportunities. Additionally, identify opportunities for our leaders and other employees to engage on campus and other forums to create employer brand awareness.
Team Management
Manage a team of dedicated recruiters and coordinators and leverage support from the larger talent acquisition team as needed.
Diversity and Inclusion
Ensure that we have a lens of D&I in all of our Early Career recruiting, assessment, and onboarding efforts.
Onboarding
With internal partners, manage the onboarding process for recent graduates and interns, ensuring an excellent experience and relevancy in the onboarding learning outcomes to help this population be set-up for success.
Summer Internship Program
Oversee the entire process of selecting interns, partnering with internal partners to develop and execute the program, ensuring we are converting targeted interns into future employees.
Subject Matter Expert
Develop deep knowledge about the overall job market for this population, the interests and drivers of Gen Z, the latest research and trends related to this cohort, and lastly keep abreast of the competitor set and their approaches to Early Career.
Skills and experience
7+ years of campus experience
Strong program management
People management skills
Internal stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel
