The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators at scale and provide the resources, education and inspiration they need to build their businesses on Amazon.

The Sr, Manager of Retail Partnerships, sits on the Creator Marketing team and will work hand in hand with the Creator team and key stakeholders across the wider Amazon organization. In this role, you are the single threaded leader developing and executing Creator driven marketing strategies to drive business outcomes for key retail partnerships, brand launches, and seasonal events. You will own the vision for how to scale Creator facing content to customers to increase shoppability and Creator impact, working across Amazon to develop the strategy, influence key stakeholders, and execute upon your vision. In this role you will be encouraged to think big to develop net-new value driving programs, operationalize ways of working, influence key stakeholders, and set a vision to drive impactful marketing execution and amplify our program.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own and execute impactful Creator marketing strategies for high priority Amazon seasonal events, working in tandem to influence cross-Amazon stakeholders and think big

  • Partner with retail teams on new-to-Amazon brand launches and key cultural moments, crafting the strategy and GTM, identifying new and unique opportunities to amplify impact, and streamlining work across teams

  • Develop and execute a customer facing strategy, to scale Creator content on and offsite.

  • Develop and measure experiments, utilizing results to identify opportunities. Synthesize key insights to help make future investment and resourcing decisions

  • Leverage analytics and data across both teams to inform and drive business decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale

  • Experience managing engagement focused programs across diverse Amazon owned channels, expertise in A/B testing and optimizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
