Dom and Tom Sr. Product Analyst in New York, New York
Note: While this position will initially be remote/work-from-home, candidates will be expected to work within the midtown office at some point in 2021.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Product Analyst role is two-fold and part of an embedded team at our global client's offices in Midtown Manhattan, full-time position via Dom & Tom.
You will be the bridge between Client Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Teams to solve problems, create and execute QA test cases, test plans, and test scenarios of a robust and mature web application processing 1 billion data points daily. This is a senior-level role and best for folks who love creating and building product that have huge business impact.
The testing is centered on both functionality as well as overall product cohesion and product strategy. In addition to testing, a creative, user-centered eye for product is key. Communication is also important and having a history generating and presenting data-driven recommendations to key executives is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Visual Designers and Product Managers to align interests and management of corporate objectives
Ensure all designs are implemented as per spec and perform UAT on the user experience once functionality is accepted.
Perform test execution and actively report bugs both during the development phase and complete routine regression/ exploratory testing on new features.
Develop manual test cases and test scenarios that provide thorough coverage of implemented features, configuration changes and other change requests
Perform Functional, Integration, Cross-Browser and Regression tests in Alpha, Beta and Production Environments
Review change requests and provide level of effort estimates of QA effort
Provide regular status updates to leads
Identify, isolate, report and track issues to closure, in an issue tracking system
Contribute to the product development roadmap working under Client's product management teams.
Create recommendations and reports backed up by assessments of analytics
Track and communicate progress and status of assigned tasks and projects
Knowledge/ Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills - attention to detail is critical
Experience with web application manual testing in an enterprise business environment
Strong quantitative/qualitative analytical skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines and take charge of the task at hand
Ability to execute QA testing, interpret test results, and document outcomes, and strategize with key stakeholders on best paths forward.
Experienced in focusing on the accuracy of UI elements: behavior and aesthetics
Demonstrated proficiency in building strong relationships
At least 4 years as a QA or UAT tester with an eye for product and user experience
Experience with project tracking software, JIRA
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum enterprise environment
Project management experience a plus
