RealSure is expanding and looking for a dynamic leader for the integral role of Senior Product Manager, Customer Lead Optimization reporting to the Director Product management Customer Lead Optimization of RealSure will work directly on the growth and development of products.

The Senior Product Manager, Customer Lead Optimization role will partner with the CRO and Revenue Ops, UX/UI, business, and technical leaders to build out RealSure’s lead optimization funnel. Our ideal team member has strong product management experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to apply strategic viewpoints while balancing short term and intermediate goals. This team member must be endlessly curious, customer obsessed, and flourishes in a dynamic test-and-learn environment and excited to usher in new levels of growth and success at RealSure.

This role is 100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10-15% travel (2-3 days a month).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize the lead funnel on the site through quantitative and qualitative testing.

  • Collaborate on A/B testing program with a focus on implementing strategies that improve lead conversion rate

  • Partner with Marketing to optimize the lead funnel

  • Create and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy and roadmap tied to desired business outcomes; facilitate the planning and execution of all products related to the agent experience.

  • Build and launch industry-changing products from scratch and build upon existing technologies within the Realsure suite of products.

  • Collaborate with senior members of the program team to groom the product backlog, create actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria. Ensure products are launched impactfully and on schedule.

  • Participate in daily scrum meetings and influence sprint goals and commitments.

  • Write and execute acceptance tests.

  • Be a champion for the voice of the customer, leveraging research and analytics to make data-informed decisions.

  • Support clear communication between product, technology, and business teams. Collaborate with the business owners to build and communicate the product roadmap, planned releases, and strategic trade-offs. Bridge business, operational, and agent and customer needs with the development teams.

  • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.

  • Meet with team leads on an ongoing basis to discuss partnership and integration needs.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from consumers, real estate agents/brokers, internal stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and ultimate end product.

  • Partner with QA/Testing teams to ensure the deployment of high-quality feature enhancements.

  • Manage and coach Product Managers, as appropriate in alignment with the VP, Agent Experience.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

  • Martech experience strongly preferred

  • 5+ years of experience with agile product and/or program development (no industry experience required)

  • 2+ year of experience with A/B Testing

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and software development life cycle principles.

  • Ability to craft clear, compelling roadmap and feature recommendations supported by strong business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability in owning complex and business critical products.

  • Ability to work independently, anticipating, and resolving problems.

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools.

  • Bring a passion for trying new ideas, failing fast, & iterating quickly.

  • Come ready to help scale and grow an organization.

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
