As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner , you will collaborate with the General Managers, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to understand and anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify talent solutions to meet those needs. Senior Talent Acquisition Partners will work strategically to seek out opportunities to develop talent pipelines and work collaboratively with the operations team to manage and cultivate the talent pool for future growth. You will manage the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions in assigned regions.
This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition with a dotted line to the business unit GM and HRBP.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Primary Responsibilities:
Establish local recruiting needs (current and long-term) with GM and HR Business Partner by attending staffing and operations meetings
Partner with local leadership and HRBP to define the talent acquisition strategy for assigned regions
Take the lead with local Leadership and Business Development on building a talent pipeline by attending networking and outreach events including local panels and conferences
Drive the candidate experience and assure a personal touch from initial contact through onboarding. Partner with local HRBP on new hire follow-up and surveys
Lead the Diversity & Inclusion recruiting outreach efforts for the assigned regions
Provide training and guidance on networking and developing “elevator pitches” to the staff of assigned Business Unit’s
- Provide timely metrics, reporting, and forecasting of talent needs to GM’s, HRBP’s, and Director of Talent Acquisition for assigned regions
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Primary Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required - Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related experience preferred
5 years’ experience with full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
2 years of experience managing a recruiting function and or team
1 year of recruiting experience for an AEC organization preferred
Expertise with ATS system (iCIMs & LinkedIn Recruiter experience strongly preferred)
Highly collaborative work style, strong service orientation, and ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to be simultaneously hands on in the detail while keeping the big picture of the strategic direction of the department and the business in mind
