Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. The Sr. Transaction Manager Lead manages the transaction management team to operate at scale and executes large and/or complex lease and capital transactions while fostering client relationships, managing TM talent, and business growth. S/He is the senior member of the team dedicated to providing real estate strategy, transactional services and account management, and is the single point of contact for all transaction-related activities to our clients. S/He can lead and manage a large team of transaction managers, analysts and local brokers. S/He works with clients to set business and real estate strategies and execute on those strategies. Ability to think strategically and act proactively. Creates strong client trust and confidence.
Manage Client Relationships:
Works with clients to set business and real estate strategies and execute on those strategies.
Large national global point of contact for all transaction-related activities
Provides outstanding client support
Fosters client relationships and creates strong client trust and confidence
Establishing client satisfaction objectives with the Account Director as well as specific programs and initiatives to meet client needs
Talent Management:
Leading a large national diverse team of transaction managers and financial analysts to deliver real estate transaction services with an outstanding level of client service
Coaching and developing senior team members including attracting and retaining top talent
Transactions Support:
Large national point of contact for all transaction-related activities
Independently manages and executes complex, transactions with high level of proficiency and knowledge
Lead key client meetings and conference calls
Identify process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity and cost savings and implement them
Account Management & Support / Revenue Growth:
Helping the Account Manager expand account services and participate in business development opportunities
Contribute to revenue and manage an account s adjusted growth margin year-to-year growth
Identify opportunities to develop new business with Account Directors and other key stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
BA or BS required
Masters, MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
Years of relevant experience:
10-15 years of relevant transactions management work experience with at least 7 years as a Transactions Manager with high transactions volume
CRE experience
Skills and knowledge:
Seasoned transactions management experience
Proven skills in contract review and lease/purchase and sale negotiations
Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts
Strong, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiating, analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational/planning and process skills
Outstanding client service skills
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives
Proven ability to manage a team consisting of dedicated and variable Transaction Manager, Sr. Analyst and Analyst level resources. Coach and develop direct reports to reach full potential
Strong client trust and confidence
Ability to lead diverse teams and identify and develop top talent
Strong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analytics

Real estate brokerage or salesperson license. LEED certification, CCIM, SIOR, MCR and related certifications strongly preferred
