Pfizer Inc. Sterile Injectables MSAT Drug Product Intern in New York, New York
The individual selected will be a key part of the Sterile Injectables Manufacturing Science and Technology Group which aims to deliver on process robustness and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions to manufacturing issues. In scope is new technology, innovation, and process improvement.
This position specifically involves supporting process robustness initiatives, lab studies, exposure to formulation, filling and lyophilization activities, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
As a MSAT Summer Intern your responsibilities could include:
Supporting data collection, verification and analysis for process improvement
Investigating and researching alternative technologies
Attending project meetings, presenting data, and supporting senior management team
Preparing documents including protocols, reports, technical assessments, memos, study plans, and meeting minutes, as needed
Support lab studies
Maintaining monthly project updates in project tracking system and other methods, as requested
Managing document repository systems
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with multifunctional and multi-cultural environments. Effective influencer, motivator and communicator
Interfacing with diverse customers including site groups from PGS (Ops, Technical Services, Quality) and network groups
Approach / Mindset

Junior or Senior of undergrad - Chemistry, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical preferred) or Life Sciences Experience
Knowledge of cGMP requirements and compliance
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Pivot Tables
Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions is a plus
Ability to perform complex data analysis
Adaptation of work schedule to accommodate meetings with colleagues in different time zones
