We are looking for a collaborative, analytical and detail-orientated Store Operations Analyst to join our team to manage our supply program across all vendors, support strategic store initiatives and ensure all store policies and procedures reflect current business processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage supplies and packaging warehousing vendors and all related procurement and fulfillment processes (Schwarz for supplies, store locator, armored car, hangers, gift cards, data and records management, courier, help desk vendors).

  • Represent Store Operations in RFPs for initiatives such as armored car, packaging, courier, etc.

  • Determine supply budgets, usage forecasting, store ordering best practices and supply drops during holiday.

  • Partner cross-functionally with other departments for changes to package design, hangers and adding supplies. (Partner with procurement, marketing, visual merch, loss prevention, sales audit, transportation)

  • Work closely with the ROCs and field leadership teams on major supply milestones as well as the day-to-day supply needs/questions/approvals.

  • Partner with Accounts Payable and Procurement to analyze invoicing and identify future cost saving opportunities.

  • Maintain store policy and procedure documentation on the Intranet.

  • Deliver daily reporting for ES and ad-hoc reporting as needed.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, focusing on store operations in high volume environments

  • Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills

  • Quick and self-directed learner

  • Ability to create strong working relationships with business partners

  • Aptitude to excel in a dynamic work environment while handling multiple projects with varying timelines

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

  • BS in Business Administration, Finance or related field
