We are seeking a highly effective strategic project manager with a solid background who is ready to roll up their sleeves and work with our C-Suite Executives across multiple integration and corporate development tasks! Reporting to the VP of Corporate Development, you will work closely with the company’s executive team to lead the commercial integration following our M&A activity and develop integration task road maps, timelines and execution plans. The role allows you to explore many parts of the business and is an excellent opportunity to grow the business and yourself.

Work with the VP of Corporate Development and/or CFO to develop, lead and execute across commercial integration work-streams
Status reporting across all commercial work-streams, and providing updates to governance forums
Track overall progress of front-end and back integration project vs set milestones.
Build and develop integration playbook for future acquisitions
Provide commercial input(s) in the acquisition integration plan, and lead the delivery of the commercial activities, including risk and issue management.
Develop important relationships across the business work-streams and be seen as a trusted partner for all commercial integrations.
Co-ordinates and chairs routine update meetings.
Significant experience structuring and managing integration projects across work-streams, markets and teams
Strong project management skills utilizing software (Asana, etc.)
Demonstrate C-suite relationships and partner with multiple levels of the business leaders
Experience operating within complex global organizations
Self-motivated and analytical thinker
Strong technical and research skills
Strong excel / google sheets knowledge (macros and formula)
Knowledge of supplements and beauty products is a plus
Experience with M&A integration required
Experience with agency or any ecommerce platform is a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Salary Range : $80,000 - $150,000
