(1502727)Support the customer, commercial and revenue implications during a transaction to realize improved returns. Leading and executing strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for clients. Collaborate with team members to realize improved returns for clients by identifying and unlocking value through improvements in corporate strategy, go-to-market strategy (including digital), commercial operating model, and optimization of the commercial functions (sales, service, marketing, pricing), while minimizing customer disruption. Identify, define, quantify, and realize sustainable value through revenue enhancement and cost and margin improvement tied to the commercial aspects of the clients’ business. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of commercial and/or transaction consulting experience in one of the following sectors: private equity, technology, media, financial services, life sciences, consumer, retail, or industrial.Must have 3 years of experience in at least 3 of the following: - Commercial functions (including sales, marketing, customer service, and pricing)- Go-to-market approaches, growth strategy, and revenue synergy design/capture- Evaluation of market size, competition, and commercial operations - Pre-deal strategy including growth assessments- Sell and separate - Buy and integrate - Post-deal commercial strategyMust have 1 year of mergers and acquisitions experience in a consulting or professional services environment.Must have 2 years of experience managing engagements, leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews.
