Role

The Strategy Director brings deep quantitative market research expertise and a passion for leveraging data to deliver insight that advance the world’s leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. Working within a dedicated Health group, you will be responsible for guiding a small team on a range of client accounts using legacy and innovative methodologies to deliver uncommon insight.

Your strong methodological and communications skills enables you to excel at all stages of the research process, from crafting competitive proposals to questionnaires and deliverables. You are able to source innovative methods to gather, distil and inspire the delivery of uncommon insight in the health and healthcare sectors.

You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-growing environment. You revel in the role of coach to inspire others to think holistically about client problems. You focus on upskilling team members to ensure they have the tools, training and support to grow the business and nurture their own professional aspirations.

We are looking for proactive, positive strategic leaders who have a determination to drive growth and deliver exciting client solutions. Experience in quantitative pharma brand research approaches is required.

Core responsibilities

Act as a consultant with clients, providing them with clear advice to help them with business challenges, writing proposals and new business pitches that reflect a unique and compelling offer.

Leading day-to-day projects and client relationships, defining research approach and scope and ensuring research is executed as designed. Mentoring and supporting Strategists and Analysts on quantitative research projects from pitch-to-presentation.

Oversee the team’s output, providing coaching, training and on-the-job learning to provide clients with leading-edge research and strategic insights.

Collaborate with other H&P divisions as needed to deliver outstanding and unexpected business solutions on both new pitches and continued client relationships, as well as hybrid and mixed method engagements.

Actively network and stay up to date with developments in our industry and beyond, identifying and actioning new ways of doing things.

Key attributes

7+ years of experience in quantitative research and/or consulting with a focus on blended pharma brand research approaches.

Experience managing all elements of a research project, including developing an expert research approach, designing and implementing surveys, data analytics and strategic reporting and communications.

Experience with ATUs, choice modeling, messaging and concept testing, segmentation, max-diff and other core quantitative research methodologies.

Strong presentation and communication skills, able to translate data into a clear and compelling analysis and report that provide solutions for your clients

Experience working with standard and advanced analytic methodologies

Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to grow our business through a passion for developing team members and expanding research capabilities.
