GUARDIAN Summer 2022 Digital Product Internship in New York, New York

**Our 2022 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving Fortune 250 global financial services company.**

We are modernizing the largest customer platform for the enterprise, looking to drive adoption of digital self-service and overall engagement that goes beyond meeting transactional needs to building customer relationships and creating business opportunities.

You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily interactions with cross-functional partners as well as our Agile train by collaborating with our Product Owner and Managers. You will also support, and lead, programs including A/B testing, personalization, and customer engagement, helping us incrementally implement change that drives our critical KPIs.

**You are:**

A self-starter, able to transform conceptual thinking into executable insights who thrives in diving into business problems and using data to make decisions. Taking calculated risks, thinking outside the box, and being naturally inquisitive are key to your success.

**You have:**

- Great organizational and project management skills, a natural affinity for setting processes that optimize efficiency
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies a plus

 

- A can-do attitude and natural curiosity for how things work from a technical perspective and ways to optimize
- Technical and/or UX design experience
- Experience with e-commerce, website management, and A/B testing

**You will:**

- Learn how to advance technology projects and deliver customer needs

 

- Work with several people from the business, service and technology areas
- Get opportunities to network with others across a large Technology organization
- Gain exposure to presenting to senior leadership

**Eligibility:**

Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered.
