Acquiring new and expanding existing customers is the growth engine at MuleSoft. We are looking for a strategic, sales-focused and execution-oriented person to work on our most important accounts during sales cycles to:
Identify potential business outcomes that a company could realize using MuleSoft
Assess the value opportunity and what it could be worth to that company
Recommend what the company would need to do to make it happen
As a Business Value Services intern, you will support consultants on the team through the delivery of collaborative consulting engagements to help drive new customer acquisition and add-on business. You will help identify the customer’s business objectives and pain points, recommend how we can solve them, and deliver a compelling case to senior executives that demonstrates how we can enable them to achieve impactful business outcomes. In this highly visible role, you will be a part of the account teams, build expertise in consultative selling, and engage senior executives on their most pressing issues. In addition, you will manage one special business development project from start to finish that will be key to helping mature and continuously improve our consulting practice.
Working towards completion of MBA (Spring 2023 grad)
Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling presentations
Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
Creativity in developing actionable recommendations for presentation to senior management
Self-starter and high degree of motivation; ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment
Work experience in consulting or investment banking is a plus
