At MuleSoft, the Partner Marketing team is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy with MuleSoft's partner ecosystem. MuleSoft partners (ie. tech consultancies and system integrators) are critical to the success of MuleSoft and our customers; over 70% of MuleSoft projects feature a partner.
In this role, you will be in charge of building the global programs for MuleSoft's growth partners. Growth partners represent a significant portion of the MuleSoft ecosystem, and are a critical component of the company's revenue growth and ability to deliver successful customer outcomes. In this role you will analyze MuleSoft's existing content, sales, and GTM strategy for growth partners, and build the strategy and program specific to the needs of our these partners to drive ecosystem expansion and revenue + pipeline generation.
YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Within your first 3 weeks, you will have acquired a functional understanding of MuleSoft's partner program and offering for growth partners.
You will leverage this knowledge to develop an informed hypothesis on how MuleSoft can build a program specific for scale partners to attract new partners, and execute effective go-to-market campaigns with them.
You will conduct interviews with partners to develop compelling messaging on why new partners should join MuleSoft, as well as understanding how partners become successful with MuleSoft quickly.
Within 6 weeks, you will have crafted a strategy for the scale partner program. You will have gained cross-functional support for your proposal from executives across partner sales, marketing, and sales enablement teams.
You will have identified a timeline of actions to realize this strategy, and started to build out necessary components of the plan.
Within 9 weeks, you will have created a functioning program for attracting more partners to MuleSoft, as well as launch an external campaign which leans on your developed messaging.
You will have created an easy to use toolbox for growth partners to get started effectively with MuleSoft, as well as execute go-to-market and market through campaigns.
Working towards completion of MBA (Spring 2023 grad)
A proven track record of rapidly learning and mastering new concepts
An outstanding academic record
Strong executive presence with proven ability to present in formal and informal settings.
Strong business judgment, strategic mindset, and facility for quantitative and analytical thinking
High energy and drive -this intern will own a critical aspect of the company's ability to win and therefore need to have the passion and energy
Keen interest in technology
