Our 2023 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving Fortune 250 global financial services company.
You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our regional offices.
A self-starter who is fueled by collaboration, able to transform conceptual thinking into executable insights who thrives in diving into business problems and using data to make decisions.
Strong knowledge of quantitative finance, including stochastic calculus, and application to fixed income
Strong statistical analysis skill and strong programming ability, especially Python
Ability to work on multiple projects and communicate results in both technical and non-technical terms
Expresses oneself in an open and honest manner and embrace feedback
Specify models, frameworks, and techniques to be used in investment strategy and portfolio management process
Use Python and other relevant tools and analyze data, build models, backtest results
Document all aspects and ensure the results that are repeatable and generally applicable

$20.00 - $40.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
