Pay Range: $21-$24 per hour

Internship to begin first week of June and goes through to the last week of August.

The working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:• Support business needs by using data to create meaningful insights and actions• Analyze client demand and liaise with internal Supply Chain partners to execute a robust forecast plan• Leverage a database application to analyze, report, and effectively communicate key performance metrics within a sales organization• Prepare strategy presentations for executive leadership• Assist with development and execution of effective business plans• Attend client meetings and prepare visit reports• Support client-facing teams on fragrance development projects

You Bring:• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in related field and have completed at least two full years of undergraduate study prior to the start of the internship• Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for 12 weeks beginning on June 3, 2024• Communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver insights• Experience with data analytics and reporting in basic data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)• Ability to find ways to get things done when solutions aren’t obvious• A propensity to understand root causes, trends, and in general, “why?”• Highly motivated and curious about the Perfumery and Beauty industry
