We are delighted to announce Signature Bank's 2023 Summer Associate Program, open to all undergraduate students, college graduates, individuals who are re-entering the workforce, and those looking for a change of industry. The Summer Associate Program is a unique, immersive, ten week paid program where you will work with one specific department of the Bank and become fully engaged in its day-to-day activities. The digital asset banking group consists of 3 teams that combine to provide traditional banking services to the largest digital asset companies in the world. They also give their clients access to Signet which is a permissioned based blockchain payments system that allows all of the Signature Bank digital asset clients to instantly settle fiat with each other 24/7 365 days a year. The DAMT (risk team) is responsible for reviewing new entities to ensure they have proper risk management policies in place as well as transaction flow of existing entities to ensure it aligns with our risk appetite. The service team is responsible for providing daily servicing needs for over 1500 clients around the world which includes signer changers, wires, internet banking enrollment, and much more. Finally, our onboarding team handles the onboarding for any and all new accounts that join our world class digital asset banking ecosystem. You will receive training tailored to your department and will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions along with fellow Summer Associates and Bank colleagues. Past activities have included interacting with executive management, social events, and participating in case studies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required. Must be able to commit to the entire ten-week duration of the program. Compensation: Signature Bank offers a base hourly rate in this position with a range of $16 to $18, dependent on qualifications and experience.
