Tapestry will be offering internship opportunities which will provide interns the opportunity to develop critical skillsets and gain hands-on experience at our house of modern luxury lifestyle brands.
The 2021 program will run from June 1st - August 6th. Paid internship opportunities will be available at each of our brands (Coach, kate spade, Stuart Weitzman) and within Tapestry functional groups.
Here's what you can expect from our internship recruitment process:
Application Deadline - January 11th.
Video Submissions - Should your application be selected for further consideration, you will receive an email prompt for the video submission portion of the application in mid to late-January.
Final Interviews - Our teams will be selecting final candidates for phone or video interviews in early to mid-February depending on candidate availability.
Internship Offers - Delivered in early March.
Job Title: Summer Buying, Planning and Wholesale Internships
Primary Purpose: The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Buying, Planning or Wholesaleto work within either the Coach, kate spade, or Stuart Weitzman teams.*
*Our internship recruiting team will be selecting candidates based on relevant skillsets that could be applicable to internship opportunities within the following departments: Buying, Account Management/Wholesale, Planning and Allocation.
The accomplished individual may possess...
The ability to analyze Excel reports and identify headlines and key metrics based on weekly sales.
The potential to influence category assortment through product performance, customer feedback/trends, local market knowledge.
The ability to manage sample requests for Buying teams, as well as cross functional requests, in conjunction with the Sample Library.
The ability to competitivly shop the market to identify trends in direct and aspirational competitors in both product (i.e. silhouette, price, novelty) and storytelling messaging (i.e. VM, in-store concepts).
