If you are interested in the ever-changing world of audience monetization -- this is a great opportunity to dive into Pandora's audience targeting operations workflow. You will learn how to activate various types of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience segmentation, while learning the process of how segments are created, passed and monetized. Data policies and processes continue to evolve rapidly, and in this role, you will learn why data is so key to advertising for brands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage queue of various targeting requests from Pandora's Sales and Client Services teams based on client KPIs.
Partner with external data providers, Pandora's data management platform, and cross-functional teams to create first, second, and third-party audience segments.
Manage and update Pandora data resources, including wiki pages and training docs based on changing data landscape.
Clearly define and maintain quality descriptions of existing and new audience segments.
Analyze audience targeting segments and make optimizations for quality, scale, and yield.
You must be 18 years of age or older.
Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
Experience with ad serving technology a plus
Requirements and General Skills:
Demonstrated interest in the world of digital ad serving and audience targeting is a must
Ability to multi-task and prioritize high volume of workload and requests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Good public speaking and presentation skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Creative writing ability.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
