Position Summary:

As a Campaign Operations Intern within the Marketing Operations team, this candidate will help to fulfill and deliver on any request that impacts Marketing campaigns for all Marketing Lines of Business. The Marketing Operations team is responsible for ensuring that all Marketing campaigns are going out on time and with 100% accuracy. As part of this internship, the candidate will be responsible for working with partner teams including Campaign Development, Channel Marketing, Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence Ops, and the Line of Business Marketing teams to ensure all requests are being submitted, tracked and completed. This individual will assist each of the managers on the Campaign Operations team as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and monitor all automated controls/reports and notify key internal stakeholders to investigate.
Update campaign documentation for all Lines of Business as changes are made to campaigns.
Assist team members in creating and updating campaign requests.
Perform User Acceptance QC tasks utilizing standard work tools, such as, Excel and SQL.
Build out and maintain campaign and test calendars for all Marketing initiatives.
Assist team members with adhoc requests when applicable.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
You must be 18 years of age or older.
Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
Requirements and General Skills:
Good project management and planning skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pay attention to details.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Basic to medium knowledge of a programming language, such as, SQL or SAS.
