Position Summary

The Connected Vehicle Services division of SiriusXM builds and delivers software-based services on our connected car platform. The software we develop not only adds convenience to the daily life of our subscribers, but safety and security as well; when the worst happens, our software helps to save lives.
This role will assist the SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Marketing Operations team with developing and implementing direct marketing efforts across all marketing channels including email, direct mail, inbound/outbound telemarketing, and digital.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Business Systems Analyst by developing marketing requirements and ensuring that campaign execution is consistent with strategy. Review all materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications.
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
Set-up, review, and audit existing and new campaign strategy and requirement documentation.
Track, monitor, and analyze campaign requirements gathering process workflow to assess effectiveness and areas of improvement.
Support team with ad hoc projects as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
