They're on-air, writing code, working on projects, and making valuable contributions to the company. The Digital Production Intern will help with day-to-day tasks or projects within the Digital Engagement Content Authoring team, which includes working with Product Managers, Producers, and Copy Writers. We work with other Project Managers, Web Designers/UX, Front End Engineers, and Developers, and interface with most of the other teams at SiriusXM. We produce content for siriusxm.com using an Oracle-based CMS, and an Adobe DAM system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and update assets in CMS and DAM.
Collect, catalog, tag, and write "alt text" for image assets in DAM.
Audit deprecated images and make sure they are replaced by newer versions in CMS. Archive deprecated images into separate folders.
Make small changes (typos, image swaps, etc.) to legacy BAU pages before they are converted to PHX.
Create assets for landing pages to be converted to PHX.
Audit and mitigate hard-coded offer CTA ICC codes. Consolidate all custom offer assets that used these custom ICCs into a default Canonical offer and document this change, making note to the analytics team of the old and new ICCs (Custom to dynamic). Check to make sure the correct offer is passed to OAC with these changes.
Proof-read QA and PPV testing support copy to be presented to legal.
Create rubric document of all legal "rules" and guidelines and/or templates for different types of offers/offer pages.
Create print-outs for legal review and keep track of approvals and changes.
Follow up on any legal change requirements, including coordinating with SLAM team on changes and timing.
Set up Zoom meeting rooms and book physical conference rooms.
Take meeting minutes at meetings including kick-offs.
Majors in marketing, computer science, pre-law or business management preferred.
You must be 18 years of age or older.
Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Creative writing ability.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Ability to pick up new software packages as the job requires.
At least some basic HTML coding.
Some familiarity with CMS and/or DAM systems would be a nice-to-have..
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
