Position Summary:
As a Direct Marketing and Steaming Acquisition Intern, on the Streaming team, this candidate will learn about the various marketing channels that directly contribute to increasing streaming adoption at SiriusXM, including Digital Marketing (Search, Social, Display, Native) and Email Marketing channels. As part of this internship, the candidate will be responsible for working with partner teams including Creative Services, Digital Marketing, and others to develop marketing creative, implement marketing campaigns, and report on marketing campaign performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design Marketing Creative - Manage relationship with Creative Services to design high quality and high performing digital marketing Streaming advertising.
Learn Digital Marketing Fundamentals - Learn about Digital Marketing channels (Social, Search, Display, Native, etc.) and understand impact of each channel on driving Streaming trials.
Produce Digital Marketing Reporting - Produce weekly digital marketing reporting in partnership with Digital Marketing team.
Create Marketing Emails - Coordinate marketing processes/duties for email campaigns with internal partners and the external email services vendor to ensure timely and accurate execution. Processes include email creative updates/draft rounds, approvals, campaign requirements, coding instructions, and quality check.
Report on Email Campaign Performance - Track and report email performance metrics (engagement rates, conversion rates, sales, etc.) for Prospect acquisition, trial activation, and conversion campaigns.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
You must be 18 years of age or older.
Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.

Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Creative writing ability.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
