Position Summary:
SiriusXM is seeking a driven, and detail-oriented product management intern to join the Digital Experience team. The Intern will work to identify improvements to site experience through user experience analysis, reporting and market research. Duties will include assisting with user testing, producing campaign reports, and overall support of project goals, development of user stories and product requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct user experience analysis and identification of improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis and research digital market trends.
Support in user testing during development sprints.
Training and support in Adobe analytics will be provided to prepare intern on how to set up reporting in the system.

None
Minimum Qualifications:
You must be 18 years of age or older
Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
Requirements and General Skills:
Understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce and analytics.
Curious to explore user experience and market trends
Motivated to problem solve and learn new skills, tools, and analytical techniques.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good public speaking and presentation skills.Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Experience with digital analytics tool such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo a plus.
