As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Intern, you will become a key member of the SiriusXM-Pandora Intelligent Automation Center of Enablement (CoE). This function is part of the overall IT function and tasked with identifying and delivering results on high-impact Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects and other advanced technologies.
Your role will be to partner with RPA Process Architect and functional Subject Matter Experts to document as-is processes and decision making to support RPA design. As a result of direct collaboration with the functional process teams, the process documentation will be used to prioritize projects to optimize business processes and their overall performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define and document process for configuration of RPA solution
Support creation of process definition documents (PDD) with Process Automation Engineers
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
Get trained on UiPath to be able to perform simple automation
Assist in developing communications, digital job aids, and training materials in support of RPA Change Management
RPA is provided using Agile development methodology in a business casual environment.Supervisory Responsibilities:
You must be 18 years of age or older.
Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship. Requirements and General Skills:

Must have legal right to work in the U.S.Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Knowledge of programming language SQL, Python preferred
Some exposure to automation testing tools - Selenium, Jenkins, and Cucumber preferred
Knowledge of RPA concepts and tools like UIPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue PrismPlease note that all SiriusXM internships are paid.
