Overview

The Supervisor, Brand Experience (BE) manages the day-to-day media planning for assigned account(s)/brands. They leverage their experience, knowledge, and skills to push fresh thinking to address client, agency, and team needs with the assistance of the senior staff. They work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop and execute multi-channel media plans. The Supervisor helps develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and execution of digital and traditional media plans with heavy collaboration across digital, TV, social, and programmatic ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs

  • Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners including clients, internal teams, and leadership

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives including ideation, deck writing, budget and channel allocation, audience development, scheduling and establishing benchmarks for control

  • Support development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and providing the link to reality of historical performance and in-market opportunities

  • Evaluate capabilities and composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively reach the target audience across both national and local channels

  • Evaluate and assess media performance to determine the extent to which the original media objectives and strategies were accomplished

  • Research, interpret, and evaluate available marketing and research data to develop media objectives and strategies

  • Responsible for project management; people management and development of Associates and Senior Associates

  • Effectively communicate and present information to leads and clients

  • Oversees budget reconciliation process and serves as resource in monthly billing and invoice management; Resource for others to resolve complex questions/problems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in media planning experience across media channels

  • Previous team management experience is a plus

  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines; be able to identify and promote solutions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience working within media systems/platforms (Kantar, IMS, Media Tools Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, comScore, Prisma, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI)

  • Strong knowledge of all cross-channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for the client’s business

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently

  • Strong communication skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation

  • Understanding of activation/negotiation team functions and the capabilities of each media channel to maximize the impact and components within each campaign

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
