Job Description

The Supervisor, Client Operations will be part of a growing Client Operations team on a well-known client. This position has tremendous learning potential and provides the opportunity to work on a high-energy, highly visible account.

The Supervisor supports the Operations Associate Director and leads the Operations Senior Associate with processes, systems management and general operations tasks as delegated. The Supervisor will help lead tasks with agency systems, ensuring data compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and ability to lead and coach junior team members.

Role Objectives:

  • Oversee system set-up and maintenance, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance across teams

  • Assist the Operations Associate Director with miscellaneous Operations tasks and projects, including process implementation

  • Oversee project management of large teams for specific deliverables on a monthly or ad hoc basis

  • Ensure investment and brand experience teams are following processes

  • Leading team trainings with extended teams on process & system inputs

  • QA various data views monthly or as-needed, ensuring accuracy

  • Aide in system support and access control for MediaTools, MediaOcean and our proprietary Operating System

  • Own communications with sister agencies and system leads regarding user access and data inputs

  • Have insight to current workload of the team and bring questions to weekly status meetings with the team

  • Help Senior Associate troubleshoot and lead solutions within the agency systems that may involve multiple teams

  • Help Senior Associate work with investment to troubleshoot invoice discrepancies

  • Assist AD with vendor reporting/statement requests and payment status issues

  • Attend Agency system trainings and meetings (i.e. Mediaocean) as the systems lead for the team

  • Ability to oversee numerous and simultaneous work streams and proactively work towards solutions

  • Train and coach Senior Associate to master their desk and attain their career goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of in operations, reconciliation, project management, or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency

  • MediaTools and/or Prisma / MediaOcean experience necessary

  • Excellent organizational skills with time-sensitive deadlines

  • Strong knowledge and ability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with MS Word proficiency (with specific knowledge on Pivot Table creation for system comparisons within excel)

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Extremely detail oriented and passionate about processes

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude

  • Knowledgeable about media

  • Able to work successfully and communicate effectively with teams and different personalities

  • Ability to balance numerous, simultaneous work streams and proactively work towards solutions

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
