  • Sales & CS Enablement: equip our commercial teams to win more deals with messaging, sales strategies, materials, tools, and market knowledge, with the aim of increasing close rates, decreasing sales cycle length, increasing ACV, and growing existing customers.

  • Pricing & Packaging: optimizing pricing and packaging for differing segments to maximize revenue and profitability and increase deal size.

  • Thought Leadership: build event presentations, write compelling articles, and brief decision-makers, all in an effort to solidify our position as the thought leader in Retail Market Intelligence.

  • Partner Marketing: ensure our partners and channels, including Education Partnerships, are equipped with the materials and training they need in order to promote EDITED.

  • Reference Marketing: build strong case-studies and testimonials that our customers are equally proud of.

Brand and Content Strategy

  • Brand Personality: set clear direction on tone of voice, ensure all communications are on-brand, and educate all employees on the importance of one brand voice.

  • Visual Identity: own the look and feel of our brand, which should be polished and world-class, and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints through clear brand identity style guidelines and standardised assets.

  • Content Strategy: craft strategy that addresses each part of the buyer’s journey (online and offline, and from awareness to decision to user) to optimize demand generation.

  • Drive strategy and execution of brand marketing for key verticals and personas.

  • Collaborate with the Growth Director and commercial teams to align on seasonal and vertical marketing messages, creative and go to market approach.

  • Strategic direction and execution of all earned and owned channels, such as our website, event series and social media, in collaboration with the Growth Director to drive growth and thought leadership.

  • Offline Experience: build strong relationships and loyalty with our fans and customers to support the feeling of value and tangibility of our product, create ‘unexpected moments of delight’, minimise friction and make it easy to do business with us.

  • Creative: provide creative direction and manage projects.

  • Contribute to employer branding in cooperation with our people team, and ensure that EDITED maintains a strong employer brand, and uses its reference assets well.

  • Press & PR: nurture the strong industry relationships we’ve built as the go-to source of retail insight and secure coverage in top tier publications; develop analyst relationships.

  • Education & Certification: own and expand our Education Partnerships initiative and the EDITED Retail Certified program.

  • Word of Mouth Marketing: ensure our customers' positive experiences are shared and referrals are encouraged.
