LIVunLtd Talent Acquisition Intern in New York, New York

LIVunLtd is a global luxury brand specializing in all facets of the service experience, delivered on-site, off-site or a combination of the two. Our services are retained by the most iconic residential, commercial and hotel properties in New York City and beyond to provide an elevated level of hospitality through amenity space activation and management, fitness and wellness programming, spa management and five-star concierge services.

Position Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Intern you will assist the Human Resources Department with finding, sourcing, and attracting talent with the goal to full-fill the company's hiring needs. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the LIVunLtd team from July 18th to the end of the summer, with the possibility to extend into the fall semester. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. This is a hybrid opportunity with LIVunLtd's HQ located in NYC.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Review resumes + schedule interviews, sharing information with the Talent Acquisition team members + hiring managers when necessary

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking resources for open positions across all verticals (Concierge, Spa, Operations, Fitness)

  • Research in-person and virtual career fairs and help coordinate LIVunLtd's attendance

  • Assist with managing job postings in ATS / Post to appropriate websites to provide the best candidate flow

  • Proactively research + creatively utilize various sources to increase candidate flow

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of professional experience with an interest to learn more about Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition

  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements

  • Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition

  • Team player and problem-solving skills

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commutable distance to New York City and able to work on-site at LIVunLtd's office 1-2 days a week
