A successful Talent Management Associate Director will efficiently balance both the strategy and the execution for all talent management functions, work well within a high operational tempo with an organization in growth, build effective relationships across the business quickly, provide education and training to the organization related to items aligned to talent management, ensure successful execution of succession planning, mid-year and year-end evaluations and any other items related (e.g. upskilling and reskilling efforts, mentorship programs, change management and other OD-related divisions, etc.) to talent management as well as adapt to changing priorities. In addition, the Talent Management Associate Director will be expected to successfully partner with other Human Capital functions to include the Human Capital Business Partners, the Compensation team, the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team, and others to successfully define and execute the talent management strategy for the organization. The Talent Management Associate Director will provide insightful, confidential and business-focused guidance to leadership and other functional areas on all matters aligned to talent management. This individual will work closely and proactively to communicate upcoming talent management actions and work closely with other functional areas to develop and execute integrated solutions. This individual will work collaboratively across all Human Capital functions to ensure delivery of value-added service to all employees to create a high-performance, sustainable organization that meets its strategic and operational goals and objectives.

A key part of the role will also include functioning as a change agent to the business, defining and executing strategies, educating and training employees and driving a culture of real-time feedback. In addition, focuses will include continuous process improvement and development of approaches to support and enable continued evolution of the organization to align with market conditions and employee feedback. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to function as a full cycle Talent Management professional within a dynamic environment.


· Knowledge of current and emerging best practices related to talent & performance management

· Awareness of change management and stakeholder engagement

· Experience with mergers and acquisitions

· Experience with continuous improvement

· Experience and knowledge around facilitating executive decision making

· Skills in content / resource development to educate leaders and employees to accomplish performance objectives

· Presentation skills and ability to engage large audiences related to the topic of performance management

· Collaborative skills and experience working with other internal human capital stakeholders to include learning & development, compensation, internal communications, HRIS, etc.

· Ability to create and manage timelines for the performance management process for all practices and business within the organization

· Experience and awareness of cultural transformations

· Ability to create / enhance a real-time feedback and development organization

· Ability to align the performance management strategy to the overall Talent, Human Capital and Guidehouse strategy

Additional Requirements

· Experience with mergers & acquisitions as well as integration of different methodologies

· Experience with talent and performance enablement in Workday (Talent Optimization, Skills Cloud, Performance Reviews, Succession, etc.)

· PHR/ SPHR/ SHRM CP/ SHRM SCP preferred
