About this role

We are looking for a Talent Engagement Manager to join our team! This role will have a high level of exposure to the CFO, COO, CEO and other members of CharterUP's management team.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive morale and engagement for our high-caliber teams, including sales, operations, and software engineering talent

  • Ensure seamless onboarding experience, including coordinating swag, equipment, software, and benefits

  • Conduct at quarterly check-ins with every individual in the company and be a resource to all

  • Meaningfully contribute to our talent acquisition strategy

  • Plan quarterly events, happy hours, and virtual engagement

  • Help enterprise team with special missions by coordinating travel, lodging, ground transportation, and other logistical support

  • Plan and manage hybrid office locations across in New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, and other offices

What You’ll Need

  • Outstanding academic credentials from a top national university or standout corporate experience

  • Superb planning skills and conscientious approach to duties and responsibilities

  • Reliability, consistency, and demonstrated relentless work ethic

  • Ability to identify talent engagement strategies using a logical, systematic approach

  • Ability to bring out 99th percentile achievement out of entire team

  • Passion for CharterUP's mission and intellectual curiosity about CharterUP's business

  • Articulate and concise communication style coupled with great listening skills

  • An extroverted, empathetic personality with ability to elicit trust from team members through

Location

  • Post pandemic, CharterUP will open optional hybrid offices in Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, or Austin where employees come in 2 or 3 times a week in during spring and fall (everyone is fully-remote during winter and summer)

  • CharterUP's preference is for you to be based in New York City and working on a hybrid schedule

  • Employees always have the option to live any city they choose
