Job Description:

Transaction Services - Director

Crowe's Transaction Services (TS) Director is an essential team member that will work to ensure financial due diligence engagements are executed timely and that client expectations are met, if not exceeded and support the overall delivery of the national TS strategy. Our Transaction Advisory Services team is comprised of seasoned, expert, nationally recognized and knowledgeable professionals.

Crowe's TS is seeking an individual who qualifies as a Director. This position would require the candidate to plan, perform, and manage buy-side and sell-side financial advisory projects for TS clients. The candidate will have contact with the client and target company personnel at all levels, particularly the most senior people.

Qualifications:

Ability to prepare, review, and analyze historical and pro forma financial statements to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flows and deal valuation.

The Director candidate must have at least eight years of work experience, with several years of experience in both auditing and transaction services.

Technical accounting acumen with a detailed knowledge of GAAP.

Accounting undergraduate degree required. CPA license is highly desired.

Candidates must be willing to travel up to 25%\*.

Typical areas of focus include: Quality of Earnings (EBITDA), Quality of Net Assets, Net Working Capital, Debt and Debt Like Items, Customer/Channel/Product sales and margins, and inventory costing.

Candidates must be able to manage and develop multiple team members at various levels, both in the "field" and at the local office.

Seasoned in MS PowerPoint and Excel including developing dynamic applications and creating financial models.

Candidates will also be actively involved in business development and marketing pursuit opportunities.

\*There will be no required travel initially, will increase as COVID-19 restrictions loosen.

Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation and dispute resolution consulting and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for a broad range industry from financial institutions to manufacturing and beyond.
