Position Summary:

The University Program Coordinator will work closely with the University Program Manager to provide administrative and project support. This will include providing support throughout the sourcing, recruiting and hiring phases of campus recruiting, helping plan and manage summer programming events, and working on Talent Management/University initiatives to enhance our intern and full-time programs. This position will interact with hiring managers, HR business partners, the Talent Management team, as well as our platform partners and the Danaher UR team.

Responsibilities:

· In this role, you will work closely with the University Programs team to provide administrative and project support. Efficiently execute daily time-sensitive tasks and requests in addition to maintaining ongoing projects and processes in a timely and proficient manner.

· Administrative support to include scheduling meetings and interviews, posting jobs, initiating background checks, processing new hires, running and maintaining reports, owning the UR metrics and KPIs.

· Collaborate with the UR Programs team to provide support throughout the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring phases of campus recruiting.

· Support University summer programming including orientation, scheduling events, communicating with managers, etc.

· Handle sensitive data and ensure confidentiality of material, correspondence and data.

Minimum Qualifications: 

· 2+ years experience in Human Resources or equivalent experience 

· Demonstrated proficiency using multiple computer applications

· Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

· Possess strong time management and organizational skills with attentiveness to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Prior Workday experience
