We have built a dominant position and focus on financial services through our Financial Services Organization (FSO). Candidates electing to join the FSO will focus exclusively in financial services and will have opportunities to serve leading investment banks, retail and commercial banks, insurers and investment managers. Candidates electing to join our National Consulting team will focus on clients across numerous industry sectors. These industries range from automotive and transportation, consumer products and retail, health, to media and entertainment – to name a few.

Our Analytics teams assist clients by effectively and efficiently leveraging a set of technology enabled management and analytic processes that help businesses to operationalize strategic goals by measuring and managing risk and performance against those goals. Teams work collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of data analyst resources in all aspects of design and delivery of information solutions – including Data Quality & Governance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Management. DnA is integrated into all Consulting service offerings and assists clients to leverage data as an asset throughout its business processes. DnA helps clients develop risk and performance analytics to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, manage risk and enable better decision-making.

Your key responsibilities

  • Effectively motivate and/or manage teams with diverse skills and backgrounds

  • Contribute to the growth of the practice and build your professional brand

  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment

  • Foster relationships with client personnel and consistently deliver quality client services

  • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget

  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

  • Manage expectations of client service delivery

  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge

  • Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge

  • Developing specific skills with software packages from leading enterprise application vendors

  • Configuring applications. Participating in testing--whether application, system, integration and / or end user. Improving enterprise architecture, and managing limited project components

  • Qualifications.

  • Progress towards a master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics or Computer Engineering, supported by a strong academic record

  • Strong academic performance

  • Knowledge in data analytics, data governance, data quality, data management and/or business intelligence is considered an asset

  • Experience using analytics/BI packages to build client analysis solutions

  • Good understanding of, and practical experience with, analytical techniques and tools for predictive analytics and advanced visualization as well as programming skills

  • Apply statistical or machine learning techniques to design and develop processes intended to operationalize analytical models into business applications

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in one or more of the following domains: compliance, operations, finance, risk, and customer service

  • An understanding of programming languages and experience in tools/language/frameworks within the Big Data & cloud ecosystem

  • An understanding of R, C, Java, Python or other programming languages and associated machine learning libraries/packages

  • Experience in tools/language/frameworks within the Big Data & cloud ecosystem (Hadoop, MongoDB, Neo4j, Spark, Hive, Hbase, Cassandra, etc.)

  • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow, Keras, CNTK, Café, Torch, or Theano)A high energy and desire to please clients and teams

  • Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively both written and verbally in a professional environment

  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary. The ability and willingness to travel is required.

  • A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
