The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

EY’s Strategy and Transaction practice work with clients to create social and economic value by helping them make better, more informed decisions about strategically managing capital and transactions in fast changing-markets. We believe that by helping companies manage their capital agenda and driving their competitive advantage, we’ll help them increase returns through improved decisions across all aspects of their capital agenda - and here you’ll be right at the heart of that mission.

As part of our Real Estate Hospitality practice, you’ll be part of the leading provider of professional services to owners, developers, builders, operators, capital providers and users of real estate. Having the largest hospitality practice among the Big Four firms, we provide a full scope of real estate advisory services to every major segment of the hospitality industry. You’ll join some of the best people in the industry and work with our clients to do all it takes, from concept to completion, inspiring confidence today to build a better tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to be part of a larger Valuation Solutions team that creates and delivers broad, analytics-enabled solutions that align to our client’s focus on corporate finance, strategy, buy and integrate or sell and separate decisions, and reshaping of results.

You’ll need to stay on top of industry trends through online sources and publications, and provide knowledge sharing as appropriate to senior leaders. It’s all about being part of a number of projects including due diligence, valuation, strategy, market analysis, and financial analytics. You’ll also need to tackle a significant amount of data, manipulate this data, and draw conclusions and findings of data based on financial performance of property. As part of that, you’ll need to be able to deal with ambiguity, as well as being a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and motivated to understand what is happening in the industry.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work with a wide variety of real estate and hospitality-specific clients, including owners, developers, builders, financial institutions, lenders and pension funds, as well as numerous Fortune 500 companies.
