NBCUniversal Global Advertising & Partnerships is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Account Management to lead our account management team and drive growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, leadership skills, and a proven track record of strong client service. As the Vice President of Account Management, you will oversee a team of account managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion customer satisfaction and retention efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 50+ One Platform Account Managers and Technical Account Managers, fostering functional excellence and supporting ongoing skill development.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Planning leadership to ensure resources are allocated effectively to drive positive business impact.

  • Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Set the strategic vision, agenda, and processes for client service, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-sale client activation escalations, resolving campaign-related and technical issues promptly, with specific focus in a streaming, programmatic and digital data set.

  • Equip the sales team with key learnings and recommendations from campaigns, contributing to quarterly and annual reviews, exceeding client expectations and delivering on financial performance targets.

  • Business Development and Strategy:

  • Identify and proliferate customer trends; guiding KPI-driven customer success measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing strategies for upsell opportunities.

  • Contribute to strategic business conversations with Sales leaders and key decision-makers to drive market share, volume, and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and commercialize new products and services, driving the execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with proven client service management.

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of account managers, collaborating cross-functionally and championing customer satisfaction efforts.

  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

  • Shown ability to analyze large datasets, identify opportunities, and drive strategic action.

  • A demonstrated understanding of linear and digital media management.

  • Proven to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes effectively.

  • Demonstrated relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external senior-level executives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or related field is a plus.

Salary range: $185,000 - $275,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
