Pfizer Inc. Vice President Change Management & Planning in New York, New York

Resulting from growth in Pfizer's Digital and Technology space, we are seeking a Vice President of Change Management & Planning who will champion and lead broad transformation change across the enterprise. In partnership with the Digital and Technology senior leadership team, this colleague will design and implement a rolling 3-year strategic plan supporting Pfizer's digital and technology goals, major initiatives and target outcomes. This seasoned leader will also design and define the broader Digital transformation roadmap, including work streams, key milestones and goals and ensure communications and training to bring Pfizer Digital and the broader Pfizer organization on the change management journey. The VP of Change Management and Planning will organize change events and identify change champions across Pfizer to effectively execute on the digital transformation strategy and plan.
Role Responsibilities
Design change management strategy, processes, content and cadence and positively lead the broader organization on the journey
Develop and refine the strategic planning process that will be used to create, manage, and execute the Digital strategic plan
Leverage industry tools to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustainable change
Stay current on industry developments and best practices that can be leveraged at Pfizer for effective change management
Participate in annual planning and budgeting aligning CDTO strategic plan with business goals. Collaborate cross functionally to ensure corresponding roadmaps and actions are aligned while monitoring progress on key priorities throughout the year
Partner with Digital senior leadership to refine operating model to incorporate strategic planning across required processes
Lead development of strategic initiative blueprints to support CDTO plans
Develop strategies to enable our Digital and IT resources to migrate to new technologies while coordinating with the senior leadership to implement such strategies
Lead a team to change management experts to deliver on the change management strategies and plans; collaborate closely with the Pfizer Breakthrough Transformation office; and lead and coordinate Pfizer Digital's transformation efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 12+ years of related experience, advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience leading change management efforts in the pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
Demonstrated experience influencing and driving change effectively at a large scale
Strong collaborator, able to define strategy, drive alignment and mobilize large teams
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from an accredited institution highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to indirectly influence key partners and stakeholders
