Vice President, Customer & Agent Sales

RealSure is a new way for everyday people to gain access to the financial rewards of home ownership, by making the buying and selling process more enjoyable, certain and consumer-centric.

Launched in October 2019 as a joint venture between Realogy and Home Partners of America (HPA), RealSure is now in rapid expansion as a stand-alone brand. We aim to level the playing field for everyday people by offering them the backing of cash to buy and sell with confidence, the guidance of the most trusted real estate agents on the planet and a suite of tech-enabled tools to create a frictionless experience, from start to finish.

This role is 100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10-15% travel (2-3 days a month).

Who You Are:

You are a motivational and strategic sales leader with a proven track record of success. You are entrepreneurial minded and the idea of building and scaling a sales culture and team is energizing to you. You have extensive experience in leading inside sales. You are able to manage different sales teams and channels, leading with different strategies and leading sales cycles successfully across our customer & agent teams. You are a leader/ player / coach and a collaborative team member, willing to jump in and help wherever an urgent need arises. You are eager to transform the real estate industry and to be part of an incredible founding team.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead our customer and agent sales team to achieve RealSure’s growth targets. You and your teams will build our inside sales process for our lead generation strategy, as well as partner closely with agents to engage them on RealSure’s offering and how we can grow their business and grow agent generated volume. You will be creative in developing out of the box solutions, borrowing from other industries, doing things that have never been done before -- a changemaker. You will collaborate with RealSure’s leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth goals.

  • Build RealSure’s sales culture; recruit, lead, mentor, and retain our sales teams.

  • Own, develop, and lead all aspects of customer and agent sales development strategy.

  • Partner with VP RealSure Success ensuring a seamless transition from sales to enrollment experience.

  • Set performance objectives and scorecards for teams, develop growth opportunities for top performing talent.

  • Lead the partnership between Realogy Leads Group and RealSure on agent placement, performance management and meeting SLAs to achieve our growth goals.

  • Track forecasting, conversion, and pipeline metrics.

  • Lead the team to achieve or succeed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets.

  • Use a pilot/ test / learn approach to try new strategies with your teams allowing us to be efficient in our learnings as we grow.

  • Build and implement a strategy and process for collecting feedback from customers in their sales experience, share learnings cross functionally.

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business development growth and operational excellence.

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to identify tools, processes, analytics, and product enhancements to improve sales funnel effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success leading sales teams.

  • Experience working in the Real Estate industry or Prop Tech is preferred.

  • Experience in industries that have undergone digitalization as part of their value proposition is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in and passion for developing sales talent, fierce belief in the importance of talent diversity.

  • Experience in scaling sales organizations from a small team to a large national departments.

  • Ability to successfully motivate teams, set clear goals and create an inspiring environment that is open and transparent in communication.

  • Servant leadership, the wins are the teams wins, lead by example and take accountability for problems - pivot fast to offer solutions.

  • Experience in setting business requirements for systems and tools such as a CRM to support a growing sales team.
