Progyny, Inc. Vice President, Member Growth Marketing in New York, New York

Progyny is looking for a senior marketer with a B2B2C healthcare background to build and lead our member growth marketing team. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing the member growth strategy at Progyny to enhance engagement and drive member growth and retention.

What you will do...

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive member growth marketing strategy to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention across our product portfolio.
  • Implement and optimize MarTech stack for member acquisition and growth * Oversee and execute the creation of cost-effective, multi-channel targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business Analytics to optimize the member journey and enhance the user experience.
  • Partner with Client Success and Partnerships teams to understand client and partner channels to drive acquisition and enrollment.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and track success across channels, clients, partners.
  • Ensure high quality communications consistent with our brand and messaging standards
  • Establish, track and improve KPIs for all member growth initiatives

About you...

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing roles
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading member growth team in B2B2C healthcare environment
  • Expertise designing and executing multi-channel targeted campaigns
  • Expertise in leveraging data analytics and marketing technology platforms to drive insights and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in healthcare companies in roles that require collaboration with benefits buyers, health plan partners, benefits consulting partners is a plus

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $180,000 - $210,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
