JPMorgan Chase Vice President, Product Strategy - Digital in New York, New York

The ambitions is to position Chase as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments to enable Chase to deliver the highly personalized, real time experiences that customers increasingly expect.
We are seeking a seasoned VP to join our digital Account Opening team to lead the development of strategy and executive communications for our product area. Account Opening is the first touchpoint many of our customers will have with Chase. The Account Opening team owns and drives the end-to-end account origination experience for Chase across the Consumer and Commercial Bank. Our efforts help drive Chase's evolving multi-channel experience to enable customers to shop, apply, and set up their products and services easily wherever they are and however they choose.
The role will have three focus areas:
Develop and drive our product strategy to enable strong product performance that meets targets
Lead strategic and operational projects that inform product development or enhance product execution
Deliver compelling reporting and communications that articulates and advocates our strategy, initiatives, processes, and performance to stakeholders
In the role, the candidate will report to the Head of Business Operations, as well as partner with the following teams: central agility, business ops, finance, analytics, and Product Owners across AO&A. A successful candidate will have strong thought leadership, sharp analytical skills, and excellent presentation and speaking abilities.
Key Responsibilities include :
Develop and drive our product strategy across new feature development, funnel optimization, and modernization of the platform
Provide thought leadership, strategic and analytical insights to Product Owners
Develop executive communications and reporting that tells the AO&A story to leadership with the goal to gain buy-in and support, as well as create advocacy, for our product
Manage key product communications across the AO&A organization to enable a strong team culture and facilitate alignment and collaboration between technology, product, design
Partner with Analytics, Controls, and Tech to establish, evolve, and track KPIs and other key business results and associated targets
Build new approaches, capabilities, and processes to enhance operations and embed agile principles and ways of working in our organization
Conduct competitive intelligence and gather industry and trend insights
7+ years of experience, with at least 2 years experience in an internal strategy group or at a strategy/management consulting firm
Executive presence and a thought leader able to influence and advocate for their views/ideas
Strong expertise in business strategy, strategic frameworks, qualitative and quantitative analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing executive-level communications and presentations
Team player with great interpersonal skills, ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
Excessive attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environment
Minimum BBA required, MBA preferred
