Industrial Color Vice President Sales and Account Management - globaledit in New York, New York

globaledit, a division of CoCreativ is looking for an experienced go-to-market SaaS leader to drive our new business & growth strategy for our digital asset management, collaboration and workflow application. This encompasses go-to-market, prospecting, contract negotiation, closing, retention and upsell. We are the leading provider of a powerful SaaS platform that optimizes and accelerates creative production. The company is Private Equity-backed, based in New York City & Los Angeles with a well-established client base. Our Clients include leading fashion brands, retailers, and entertainment companies – including Morphe Cosmetics, L.L. Bean, Victoria’s Secret & Barkbox.

We are looking for a Vice President of Sales and Account Management to build on our success with some of the world’s largest creative production teams. The Vice President of Sales and Account Management will manage and expand his/her teams to drive revenue on existing and new accounts. The right candidate is a team leader, and will be a strong contributor with the ability to lead others, successfully launch and grow new product adoption and develop our overall brand position across our enterprise and mid market customer base. You will focus on driving growth through demonstrating clear value & ROI to our customers, positioning globaledit against competing budget priorities. Your roles are to drive market share adoption at scale.

We are currently operating in a hybrid work model with several days onsite and the balance of time working remote. New York City requires all employees working onsite to provide proof of vaccination status.


  • Structure and manage the sales and account management teams

  • Define and report on short and long term sales and account management goals that support the overall company goals

  • Lead generation

  • Pipeline, close rates, along with key KPIs

  • Retention & growth

  • Demonstrate visionary leadership & innovative digital strategies through ongoing team incentives, pricing matrices and share of wallet initiatives

  • Must have at least 1 successfully long term tenure, from a media, saas or creative production company that has successfully demonstrated SaaS marketing technology & hyper growth

  • Successfully grown revenues within the $25-$50M

    • Familiar with online b2b go to market launch strategy & organizational sales team structures that have generated $5-10M+ revenues each annually
  • Strategic yet hands on, be a passionate leader who empowers team members to grow

  • Disciplined Data & Analytics experience to drive decisions, budget management & ROI

  • Previous experience in SaaS - workflow, collaboration, asset management or project management

  • Personable, reliable and highly organized

  • Has great follow-through skills

  • High energy to grow and learn in a fast-growing company


  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, CaptureOne

  • Industry experience in media, video, photography, workflow desirable

  • Passion for photography/video a plus
