Position Summary:

The Visual Operations temp in Creative Services, works under the supervision of the VP of Visual Merchandising and Communication. The core responsibilities of this position include arranging the planning and

leading all aspects of the execution of processes that result in the creation of floor concept maps well ahead of the market schedule. This entails comprehensive management of the floor concept development and space

allocation for different categories of store tiers. An important aspect of this role is to ensure that the visual floor concepts align with the brand's key objectives and market presentations. This is achieved through fostering a collaborative environment and streamlining communication and workflows within the department. This role will be key in enhancing the seasonal playbook for Go to Market.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Actively support the VP of Visual Merchandising and Communication by streamlining planning and execution processes for effective assortment placement.

  2. Facilitate the project planning and orchestration of all floor set maps.

  3. Design and implement robust project planning frameworks to lead projects from initiation through to completion, while continually monitoring progress.

  4. Construct project planning frameworks that translate the departments directives into actionable steps from briefing to project completion, while consistently tracking

progress.

  1. Maintain critical timelines to ensure the timely delivery of projects, providing department-wide visibility in line with the overarching strategy.

  2. Liaise with inter-department team members to develop effective project communication plans, ensuring all team members and regional partners are informed as per the

seasonal communication strategy.

  1. Under the VP's leadership, craft North America seasonal playbooks and toolkits to arm market with all the necessary information.

  2. Contribute to the pre-market strategy by providing renderings for different tier of stores to ensure brand consistency and appropriate tier adaptation.

Skills Required:

  1. A strong passion for project management principles is required. Candidates must be well-versed in various project management methodologies and possess the ability to

apply them effectively in diverse settings.

  1. Exceptional organizational skills are a must, with an emphasis on precision and the ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.

  2. A professional demeanor and a proactive approach are fundamental. The ability to anticipate needs and act on them is paramount.

  3. Strong ability to multi task and is adaptable to changing priorities without compromising on quality or deadlines.

Pay Range:$50.00 - $55.00

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
