Marketing Product Manager Job Description:
The U.S. Personal Bank delivers a wide array of banking, payments, lending and investment services to individual consumers and small businesses. Marketing & Franchise Development team is focused on Digital Sales transformation and enabling next-gen existing customer evolution. The group is tasked with transforming our pre and post login digital acquisition capabilities and marketing approach to dramatically shift the quality and mix of digitally sourced accounts. The Marketing Product Manager role is responsible for (1) managing the ongoing Digital Sales transformation capabilities delivery roadmap (2) implementation of key strategic projects (3) supporting the development of a forward-looking capabilities vision. This role requires someone who can oversee the workstreams of these prioritized initiatives, provide strategic direction to said initiatives, and manage a cross functional task force across various organizations.
Responsibilities
Drive new digital products and strategies to ensure the Digital Sales and Acquisitions scorecards are delivered.
Collaborate with business partners to determine growth or efficiency opportunities in our acquisition and post login channels that can be improved through digital innovation or new capabilities.
Strengthen internal knowledge base and awareness across critical support areas.
Transform operating processes, reporting, and playbook for ongoing management of critical digital channels.
Bring relevant competitive & industry perspectives, insights and ideas to inform strategic roadmap.
Inform outer year roadmaps for continued growth for key strategic capabilities.
Qualifications
Seasoned, passionate, and mission-driven digital, marketing and analytics professional with a demonstrated ability to develop a vision, drive and manage the execution of that vision, and deliver top-tier results.
6+ years of experience in Financial services or Fintech leading strategy and execution, with demonstrable and measurable results.
Deep knowledge of Digital Sales Funnel, Adobe Analytics, Digital tagging, end-to-end horizontal customer journey.
Understanding of Consumer Banking products, passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experiences.
Demonstrated, multi-year experience in an agile, digital product roadmap design, data-driven personalization, digital marketing, and collaboration with and/or direct engineering experience.
Deep consumer product knowledge and passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experiences.
Demonstrated sound business judgment, analytical acumen, consumer-centric mindset and communication skills.
Experience in delivery of large, complex projects / programs of diverse size in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to plan and manage a multi-workstream program from inception to delivery providing support, direction or technical expertise to the project team across multiple disciplines and geographies.
Ability to define scope, timelines and budgets in a clear, concise language in writing and verbally. Able to report on issues, risks, progress, timelines etc. accurately and summarize effectively offering analysis, options and credible solutions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources. Perform and articulate cost / benefit / risk analysis.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
