About the team:
The Online Investing & Strategic Initiatives finance & business management team reports to the JPM Wealth Management CFO and partners with the JPM Wealth Management leadership team to strategically grow our online investments' market share in the United States. The team's mandate includes finance, business management, strategic financial analysis, dashboards and reporting for the Online Investing business. The Online Investing F&BM team is seeking a Vice President to drive business management for Online Investing. We are looking for a strategic thinker to be part of a high-performing finance team who serves as a trusted advisor to the Head of Online Investing and the OI Leadership team. The VP will work closely with the Head of Online Investing F&BM as well as the OI Leadership Team to advance our strategic priorities, collaborate with a matrixed team, and run day-to-day execution of our ambitious growth agenda.

Partner with the Head of Online Investing and the Leadership Team to advance the Online Investing priorities on a daily basis
Be a trusted advisor and counterweight to the Online Investing Leadership Team and CFO
Develop strategy and solve problems for the business
Own and project manage high-profile strategic initiatives in partnership with key partners, collaborate across team, prepare content and organize meetings, provide high level of responsiveness to executives
Prepare business review agendas and decks, schedule and run business review prep sessions, coordinate follow-ups
Run data analytics, create story lines and analyses for OI projects, address ad hoc request
Understand key financial and operational drivers, with a detailed understanding of revenue drivers, key expenses, and monthly performance
Manage, coach and mentor a talented team (one associate, one analyst)
Recruit and mentor top talent
Strong team player and change agent passionate about driving business results through strategy and business execution
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Liberal Arts. MBA or Master's degree, preferred but not required
Prior experience in Business Management or consulting; preferably in Financial Services and/or Wealth Management
Have experience in managing senior level materials and/or various projects reporting; ability to influence and advise executive management
Outstanding written and verbal communications and ability to tailor message and style to different constituencies (e.g., Finance, Executive Management)
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skill
Proven experience in deriving insights from data analytics (using Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools)
Flexible in his/her work style, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders
Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes and value-added activities.
Ability to closely partner with stakeholders on projects
