Responsibilities Marketing / E-Commerce Associate :

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is one

Selected candidates can expect:

  • Placement in a 2-year rotational programincluding:

  • One retail assignment

  • Two Marketing rotations as a MarketingAssociate will take place in either the Estee Lauder, MAC, Clinique, Origins,or ADF brand

  • One E-Commerce role within either of thesesub-functions (Consumer Engagement, Product Marketing, CRM, Retail Marketing,E-Commerce Operation, etc.)

  • Customized one-on-one coaching and mentorshipby seasoned group executives

  • The program stresses development, leadership, collaboration,excellence, transparency, and agility

  • Future opportunity to enroll in globalmobility program


  • Proficiency with applications such as Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, with the ability tobe consistently detail-oriented

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to balancecompeting priorities within tight deadlines

  • Self-motivated and adaptable – a team player, no task is too bigor too small

Responsibilities Sales Associate :

  • Have

geographic mobility in China in first 2 years

Selectedcandidates can expect:

  • A 2 year-rotational program comprised of 4 6-month rotationsthrough Beauty Advisor, Counter Manager, Mega Counter Manager and Corporatepositions.

  • The opportunity to experience 3 rotations through SalesAssociate roles in Estee Lauder and La Mer brand and 1 final rotation on thecorporate retail side.

  • Development plan including but not limited to: Brandorientation, SOP training, coaching from senior sales leaders and groupexecutives, lateral mentorship from full time employees, etc.

  • Unique, well-rounded experience that provides both afamiliarity with our products and consumers as well as corporate marketingstrategies.


Qualifications Marketing / E-Commerce Associate :


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Expected graduation between December 2019 - June2020

  • Passionate about the beauty & cosmeticsindustry

  • Demonstrates strong learning agility

  • Entrepreneurial and Commercialthinking

Qualifications Sales Associate :


  • Expected graduation date between December 2019 to June 2020

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Passionate about the beauty & cosmetics industry

  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic, hardworking and able to work extendedhours

  • Superb verbal and written communication skill

  • Excellence in execution, performance & result orientedwith winning spirit

  • Can be adapted to flexible locations working during thefirst 2 years
