The Associate of Online Merchandising for North America will be responsible for ensuring that our site’s merchandising and promotions are running smoothly. Reporting to the Director, Online Merchandising this role will work with key internal teams to establish as a pillar of brand equity, best-in-class site for ecommerce, and as a seamless portal between the brand and consumer (both retail and relational).

What You’ll Do

Site Experience & Merchandising:

  • Manage and execute site refreshes in the CMS for US & CA promotions, collections, and campaigns

  • Track new product information from set up to launch. Partner closely with global online/global creative team to ensure copy and assets are delivered in a timely manner. Update new products in product catalogue with relevant attributes including copy, pricing, images, taxonomy, ingredients, cross-sell skus, etc

  • Responsible for maintaining updates to existing products and pages within the product catalogue and CMS (price changes, discontinuations, incorrect information, etc)

  • Merchandise product assortment on multiple product pages keeping in mind brand priorities and balance of new products and hero skus.

  • Create landing pages in the CMS to support marketing emails

  • Conduct daily testing and QA on site for top trafficked pages and promotions. Assist in QAing daily broadcast/marketing emails to ensure information is correct and links are accurate.

  • Partner closely with NA Content Manager to track site assets and copy to ensure timely delivery for all NA campaigns and promotions. Provide feedback to creative agency to ensure assets include correct promotional information.

  • Liaise with producer and customer service to rectify site bugs to maintain site integrity

  • Provide recommendations for homepage content and site experience in partnership with Merchandising Manager


  • Assist Manager with end-to-end promotional set up and implementation for US & CA

  • Own the creation of promotional products and kits

  • Partner with Director of Merchandising to ensure promotional inventory is checked in on time in the appropriate distribution centers

  • Perform thorough QA across all channels to ensure seamless execution, while also submitting tickets to QA team

  • Work closely with ELC promotions team to troubleshoot promotional issues and inquire about new promo types

  • Co-manage the updates of the promo and site calendars

  • Send promotional updates to customer service team to ensure they are in the know of promotional cadence


Who You Are

  • BS/BA required

  • 2 years work experience in eCommerce

  • Omnichannel experience a plus

  • High degree of comfort in a creative and unstructured work environment

  • Capability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization with competing priorities

  • Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player

  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
