Position Summary:

Clinique is looking for a Manager, Global Content Strategy who has in-depth

experience and passion for driving content strategies forward enhance consumer

engagement. This role is part of a dynamic, growing team driving innovation and

high impact for Clinique

Responsibilities/Duties:

Content Strategy Leadership:

•Develop the content strategy for original content that supports brand and marketing objectives across paid, organic, Skin School, site & email

•Lead all activations of Skin School, driving leadership and impact, in close partnership with social and the education teams

•Collaborate and consolidating all content requirements for channels and develop editorial content for the site as a go-to destination for consumers and a driver of SEO for brand.com

•Define tone and voice, while ensuring tone consistency across all editorial pieces.

•Collaborate with partners on the global and regional execution of branding and marketing initiatives across all digital platforms.

•Collaborate on brand.com content needs to support seasonal deliveries and global marketing initiatives in alignment with the consumer calendar.

•Act as the voice of content requirements for the execution of seasonal brand plans, global marketing campaigns and the consumer calendar.

Qualifications

Requirements:

•4-year Bachelor’s degree required

•5 years of relevant experience focused on content strategy or account management

•Excellent editorial/creative judgment, writing skills and ability to capture Clinique’s voice to reach both new and legacy consumers

•Confident, collaborative, and communicative with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment

•Impeccable attention to detail

•Pro-active problem solver and critical, creative thinking a must
