USTA (seasonal) US Open Guest Access Team Member in New York

We are seeking a Guest Access Control Team Memberwho will play a crucial part in creating our 2024 US OPEN team!
The Role
Monitoring entrances and exits within specific locations
Screening guests as they enter facility for correct credential access
Providing guest assistance by answering questions or giving directions
Maintaining communication with supervisors and the US Open Command Center
Who You Are
Proficient English fluency
Professional but courteous communication skills
Must be available to work entire duration of the US Open (August 19th - September 8th)
Ability to interact with a diverse group of guests to provide the highest level of customer service
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Availability to work days or nights & weekends
Able to remain calm in a focused and fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time and may require walking up / down stairs
Salary: $17 per hour; overtime eligible
$35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
