Join us for our summer 2022 internship program for an experience you’ll never forget! Sprinklr’s internship program (SIP) is 12 weeks of remote work focused on giving you opportunities to learn new skills by tackling real challenges we’re facing. Beyond those professional skills, you’ll have the chance to work with Sprinklr’s product and become CXM certified. We’ll be hosting opportunities for you to connect with leaders, learn professional and personal skills outside of your day-to-day work, and establish relationships with the rest of our amazing intern class!

This program is a paid internship and is tailored towards rising seniors or people close to completing their undergraduate or graduate degree.

We are hiring an FP&A Collections intern to partner with our global Finance teams to improve our processes, follow up with customers, and help drive collections strategy and systems. You’ll work with teams around the world to understand country specific nuances, work closely with our customers, and propose and implement changes.

What you’ll do:

  • Customer Collections:

  • Contact our customers and ensure their data and contact information is up to date

  • Connect with our customers on the collection process

  • Strategize on how to maintain accurate and organized customer data utilizing the collections systems we have

  • Updating our collections software and adding notations on customer information

  • Reporting:

  • Run high level and detailed reporting on our collections, e.g., delinquent accounts, which customers require withholding tax, etc.

  • Devise and implement a method to categorize our customers based on collections behavior and need-to-know information

  • Process improvement:

  • Partner with our global collections team to improve how we gather data and categorize customers

  • Partner with our global collections team to drive effective collections across our customer base

Prerequisites:

  • Pursuing or have recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree

  • Strong Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite skills

  • Passion and interest in the Finance and Collections space

  • Detail oriented

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer centric and empathetic, able to connect with people easily

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Candidates near our New York headquarters are preferred
