Tioga Downs Casino Resort Pro Shop Attendant- Tioga Golf Club in Nichols, New York
This is a seasonal position. Weekends are required.
Responsible for the daily operations of the Pro Shop.
Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public.
Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, schedule tee times, answer any questions or inquires about the golf course.
Maintain general order and cleanliness in the pro shop.
Use of point of sale system; collect all money for green fees, memberships, and pro shop sales. Issue receipts for all transactions.
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. General knowledge about golf operations preferred.
Ability to read and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as adding and subtracting.
